Though it may look small and compact, it does not provide the best solution to a rough sleeper. The best it could give is a good aesthetic image after you made your bed by making the bedsheet look kept and attended. Instead of black, it also comes with various color that best suit your personality. It doesn't matter really. If you install these correctly, the corner holder is set underneath the mattress and would be away from people / guests views. 

2. 2 ways 4 sides belt buckle: 4 stars

This is the upgraded version of the corner holder. The 2 ways 4 sides belt buckle ensure that the bedsheet will keep in place even for a rough sleeper. This cost slightly higher as compared to 4 pieces of the corner holder. Its price can be up to RM 10 (USD 2.39) a piece. I rate this design 4 stars instead of 5 as it is only able to latch at the 4 corners of the bedsheet. With this design, the middle part of the bedsheet will still be loose and ill fitting to the mattress especially for bigger mattress sizes i.e. queen and king.

3. 3 ways 6 sides belt buckle: 5 stars

The 3 ways 6 sides belt buckle is my personal favorite. Not only it is able to hold the bedsheet corners in place, its also able to hold the middle part of bedsheet especially for bigger size mattress i.e. queen and king size. As compared to previous options, this design comes in higher price point which is RM 15.00 (USD 3.59). I have to admit that I am a rough sleeper. However, after using this bed buckle, my routine of making the bed is much easier than without it. 

Disadvantages of belt buckle

Even though the bed buckle helps put loose fitting bedsheet in place, it also comes with several disadvantages that you must consider prior to purchase.

A. The elastic strap of the bed buckle will pull the bedsheet tightly and in place. The latch at the end of the elastic strap comes with rough surface clips that helps in pulling the bedsheet. However, with prolong used of bed buckle, your bedsheet may tear due to the rough surface clips. 

B. Secondly, nowadays mattress is heavier that it used to especially for thicker mattresses. Therefore, fitting this bed buckle might be a hassle as you have to flip the mattress over exposing the under side for the installation of the bed buckle and attaching in to the bedsheet. If you have a routine in changing the bedsheet weekly, you might want to consider buying a fitting bedsheet instead of purchasing this bed buckle.
