What happen till the place is no longer safe for women?

According to the video, India is definitely a dangerous place for women. Now, from what kind of view and perspectives that this statement is true for all women. Simply because women are fragile human being, and I am as a woman also are afraid with men especially when they do not respect the woman, they do not think that woman is also should be respected. I've read before a book recommended by Oprah Winfrey in one of her shows and the tittle of the book is 'Half the sky'. 

To people out there who wanted to know more than just knowing cases regarding women being exploit, this book tells us about the victims' feeling, their emotion and life. From what I've remembered, there are a few cases in the book about women and brothels in India, how they ended up there and it is not story that you could imagine happening to yourself. From the video, a woman visited India to study about these cases and if you pay attention to this documentary you will start to wonder, when did things go wrong until it become this dreadful way. Is it because lack of education? If it so then why even a lawyer, an highly educational person, talked and said that irrational statement.

He said that woman get raped because she is an un-respectable woman. Is he really sure that all woman who got raped is because she is un-respectable? What happen to the innocent children and teenagers that paid the prize? Were they un-respectable too? I don't know what happen but it is definitely not a safe place when even an educated person talked like that. If so, then who can protect them now?

There are seldom places mentioned in the book (I highly recommend you to read it), practised a way. That is to control a society by controlling the women. An absolute statement! They say that if we rape the women and harass their children, men will eventually stop working and stop fighting for their wife and children rights  because the men will eventually be staying home and keeping them safe. That is the only rational thing to do because the moment you step out from your house, who knows what kind of dreadful thing might happen to your wife and your daughter and sons.

And this doesn't stop there because an unanimous have commented in youtube regarding this video. He said 'This is one bitter female throw a man in jail for touching your leg please this chick is ugly she should be glad any man has touched her'. How close is he to respecting a woman? The way I see it, there is not even a single sympathy or understanding on what the woman had felt. This guy comment makes me very angry. I am very angry because admit it this things, the prejudiced towards women is happening all around the world.

But what is done is done. We need a better way to solve and raise this issue. I hope that this post will eventually make women out there realize that we need each other and you may live healthily and perfectly but remember this. There still women out there whom their rights is being striped away from them. Do we still have the heart to help them and make this world a better place for women.
