Chili and Pepper Restaurant at Brackley

Chili and Pepper is rated as 4.3 stars restaurants out of 5 stars by Google Review. The place indeed deserve all the stars given by its so-called fans. But personally how do I think about this restaurant? The restaurant is an authentic Indian Restaurant and whomever wants to satisfy their craving, just drive along to Brackley and visit the restaurant at 8 Banbury Road, NN13 6AU Brackley. All 6 of us when to the restaurant to spend the spend the weekend night chit chatting and have fun together as a group.

As a Muslim, we can't spend the night at the pub or anything similar to that but we can however spend the night at a fancy restaurant and talk about our project and work.  Almost all of us ordered different kinds of dishes so that we could taste the varieties of Indian Cuisine that could refresh our taste palate. Total money spend at that restaurant that night is 50.50 pound. I'd say that every dishes worth every penny spent. So what exactly type of dishes that we ordered yesterday?

Two boys ordered two tandoori chicken which is basically a half chicken that was marinated with Tandoori spices. After the chicken is marinated, the chicken is the cooked by oven or by the tandoori oven. The chicken turned out really well and cost only 5.90 pound each. However this is excluding any rice so add on plain rice or pilau rice will cost 1.90 pound. I'd say Tandoori is the most worth-it dish we ate yesterday. With such big serving as well cost only 7.80 pound in total will not only make you drool but will satisfy every taste buds of yours.

I ordered Lamb Korma and Pilau Rice that cost 5.30 pound and 1.90 pound respectively. By definition, Korma is a creamy sauce but however it is not a spicy sauce. This restaurant make Korma using special cream sauce but from where I came from, instead of cream sauce, we add coconut milk instead. That is why Korma here has much more deep flavor and if you do not like milk, cheese and sort of diary flavor. I would advise you to avoid Korma here. Choose some order dishes that offers more spicy flavor.

Chicken Madras however have the absolute spicy flavor for all the spicy and hot lovers out there. Its hotness is to the point that you going to have a stomachache the next morning. Deep down you will regret for having it from the night before but if you go the restaurant again, you will order the exact same dish with the exact same spiciness to satisfy your spicy demanded tongue. Good news is that it only cost 5.30 pound excluding any rice.

I would suggest to book your own table if you come in a group of 5 or more. That way the restaurant could organize the position of the table so that you could stay in a group instead of being separated. For more details of the restaurant such as phone number, address and menu could be search in their official website as per link http://www.chilliandpepper.co.uk/. I give this restaurant a stamp of approval.....
