Christmas and New Year at Princess Street Garden Scotland

During the end of 2015, we went to Edinburgh Scotland to celebrate the New Year Eve. Scotland is indeed very famous for its New Year Celeberation. From 25th December 2015 on Christmas Day until New Year 2016, Princess Street Garden is famous for its remarkable celebration with assemble of many wonderful lights and activities that you could do in the fair. Princess Street Garden is situated in the middle of Edinburgh city at EH2 2GH Scotland with the magnificent Edinburgh Castle, like a form of art,  as the background canvas to the public park.

During the celebration, the fair has many attraction such as the Ferries Wheel for children and adult as well as ice skating rink for individuals that enjoy skating. However the rink is a bit small and not much that you could unless you skate for fun. Showing off you skill in the small rink would only make people think of you as stupid. For thriller seeker they do have a drop tower. Even though it is not as thrilling as the original roller coaster ride but a drop tower would make your heart drop to the ground as the chilly weather and wind will remind you how far you are off the ground just waiting for the moment of drop. Errghh thinking of it makes my whole body cringe.

I'm too coward to try something like that, but what we did there was trying every food that was available in the market. There is crepe with selected topping, sausages, ice creams and many more to satisfy your craving (especially for the sweet tooth). Princess Street Garden have Christmas Markets that could make you heart melt with many merchandises and food that is definitely a feast for your eyes. Spend the magical night at Scotland and immense yourself to the celebration of Christmas and New Year.

Please visit 'Visit Scotland' website to know more about the Christmas Celebration and activities that are available in Scotland as per link follows: https://www.visitscotland.com/see-do/events/christmas-winter-festivals/edinburgh/.
